About me

*Online Counselling and Walk and Talk Therapy*
I will offer you a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can discuss anything that’s bothering you, whether it’s big or small. I aim to improve your Emotional Intelligence by giving you the tools to help you understand, use, and manage your own emotions in a helpful way. These tools will help alleviate stress and will give you the ability to communicate more effectively, empathise with others, help build self-confidence, improve your relationships, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.

I'm a qualified counsellor with a degree in Psychology. I offer short or long term therapy. I specialise in short term solution focused therapy. I've worked with a wide range of issues gaining experience from the NHS Bereavement Service, MIND Mental Health Charity and the Adlerian Society of Wales.

I work in accordance with the BACP Code of Ethics and keep up to date with regular Continuing Professional Development and Supervision.
