About me
I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor who is passionate about helping you be the best version of yourself. I offer in-person or online/telephone counselling.
I am committed to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental and fully confidential space to allow you to explore and process anything you need working on.
I provide effective, individualised care for a number of issues, like anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship issues and bereavement to name a few, using a person centred and pluralistic counselling approach which incorporates CBT, Gestalt and Psychodynamic elements.
