About me
Hello, my name is Xenia.
Making the first step towards asking for help can sometimes be the biggest hurdle to overcome and I am proud of you for getting started.
Life has its challenges, and I have certainly had my own over the years, where we just need support from someone that isn’t family or a close friend. Someone who we can trust that they will hold space for us in order to process certain events, or, a confidential objective party that will listen, without judgement, so we can make sense of ourselves and the world around us. Treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion lies at the very core of my values and I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs, working with you to get you where you want to be. I am a fully qualified, psychotherapeutic counsellor and a CPCAB approved counselling tutor. I have extensive experience in trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, domestic abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and ADHD to name a few.
