About me

Compassionate, Supportive Therapy to Help You Find Balance

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, difficulty within your relationships or big life changes, it can be hard to know where to turn. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward; but you don't have to go through it alone.

I'm Olenka, a qualified integrative counsellor based in Wokingham and in the interest of making therapy more accessible I also offer online therapy sessions. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel truly heard, and start making sense of your thoughts and emotions. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to navigate life's challenges.

Everyone's journey is unique, which is why I offer:

  • Face-to-face sessions in a quiet, private setting with free parking
  • Online and telephone sessions for flexibility and accessibility
  • Short-term, focused support or long-term therapy tailored to your needs

How I Can Help

I support individuals facing a range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety & stress: managing overwhelming thoughts and finding calm
  • Low self-esteem & confidence: building self-worth and inner strength
  • Relationship difficulties: navigating personal connections with clarity and confidence
  • Life transitions & change: coping with career shifts, parenthood, moving, or personal loss
  • Grief & bereavement: finding support through loss and emotional pain
Feeling stuck or lost; gaining self-awareness and reconnecting with yourself

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help you manage anxious thoughts, break free from self-doubt, and move forward with greater ease.

A Safe Space to Be Heard

Therapy is not about being told what to do it's about having a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, without fear of judgment. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, understanding, and the tools to help you create a more fulfilling life.

I work with adults and young people aged 15 years and above.

Learning to identify, acknowledge and talk about your feelings can give you the freedom to really take control of your life and deal with any life challenges in a more positive and proactive way.

My therapy room is a quiet safe space with plenty of free parking and I look forward to welcoming you there soon.

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
