About me
Hello and a very warm welcome to my profile. My name is Nicola Wild.
I am a High-Intensity CBT therapist who is also qualified in Person Centred Counselling, Solution Focused Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis. Like many other therapists, I entered into this profession after receiving my own therapy for my rather interesting/ complex life.
I specialise in self-esteem, confidence building, and supporting clients to achieve long-lasting positive change. I believe that therapy changes lives and have personally experienced the profound benefits of having a safe and confidential space to explore our deeper thoughts and feelings.
I work integratively depending on the client's needs and I am passionate about helping clients to develop their own set of skills and tools to feel empowered long after therapy ends.
