I am Certified in Online and Telephone Counselling.
What I offer in a therapy session is an individual approach to each and every person. You will find that I am approachable, friendly, honest and open. I will offer you support and help you to support yourself. I will listen to you with an open mind without judgment in a relaxed atmosphere. Through empathy and discussion, I will offer you the tools that you require to help you to move forwards in life, in your own time and support you with how you want to get there. My own life experiences enable me to provide a real-life experience in therapy, through honesty, openness and the want for change.

£50.00 per session
Additional information
My fees for counselling are £50 per session. Each session will last 50 minutes and payment required at the time of booking. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I offer counselling remotely across the whole of the UK .
