About me

My passion as a counsellor is to support you through your journey and support you with any emotional challenges. I will offer you compassion, respect, understanding and empathy without any judgement. When you are ready to take your first step in therapy, I will be there by your side to support and encourage you. This is your journey, and I’m privileged to share your path.

I have worked with children from babies to teens for the last 26 years in various sectors. My experience with children has led me on to work with them within a counselling setting. Using my skills and knowledge of working with children, combined with therapeutic training I am able to build a stable and quick rapport with children to help them work through any issues or worries. Children who have special needs are as welcome as anybody is into the therapy session as my experience had led me to work with many children of different needs and capabilities. I often use play based activities, I help children to communicate, express themselves and feel free to say or play how they are feeling.
