Supervision details
Hello and welcome to the supervision page. My name is Nicki and I am a fully qualified supervisor.
Finding a supervisor that is right for you is extremely important. It will be someone who you feel comfortable with, someone who supports you, encourages you and helps you develop as a therapist.
During I time together I will support you with your client work whilst supporting you develop as a counsellor.
Your goals, CPD and vocation are important to me and your work and values will be the forefront of your development.
As an accredited member of the National Counselling Society I work as an integrative therapist and supervisor and I work to the NCS ethical framework, guidelines and recommendations.
I am an accredited counsellor and supervisor with National Counselling Society. Along with my additional qualifications in online and telephone working I have specialist training in supervision of working with clients and supervisees remotely. I am therefore able to provide you with supervision to meet your needs in line with NCPS recommendations.
I am experienced in working with individual adults. I am an Integrative Therapist with a special interest in working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
My supervision approach is based on the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and is informed by the Integrative Developmental Model.
I offer a warm and safe place for all and my relaxed but professional approach offers you a calm and non-judgmental space.
If you feel that I may be the right supervisor for you, then we can arrange an informal chat to discuss your needs as well as the way I work.
Fees are: 1 hour - 1.5 hours - £60
