About me
Providing one to one support, using a tailored approach to psychotherapy. Building a strong therapeutic alliance with the client is at the very foundations of my work. I believe the resources for growth and change are within every individual. Helping clients overcome self limiting beliefs, creating a life of purpose is at the core of the sessions. Drawing on years of experience and training. By creating a warm, compassionate and safe space for human growth and curiosity. Clients have the opportunity to fulfil their potential, explore their needs, work through trauma, learn to manage anxiety and let go of fear.
Working with individuals who want to thrive and grow, I see clients from all walks of life, entrepreneurs, to performers, high profile personalities and business leaders.
We all will fundamentally struggle with life at some point, perhaps through trauma, illness or loss. Therapy helps bring new perspective, allows us to heal, helps us to challenge our thoughts and change the way we live of lives for the better.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having built a successful practice in Hertfordshire, globally and Central London over the last 15 years- I have had the privilege of working with and supporting a variety of clients.
Much of my work involves exploring what holds us back from fulfilling our potential, helping clients find their inner confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, and aligning their values to improve overall mental wellbeing and health.
When we work on ourselves, we open the potential of possibility. The opportunity to enrich our relationships and have deeper more meaningful connections with those around us. Working through emotional trauma and learning tools to help manage, developing resourceful coping mechanisms can give a sense of freedom.
Supporting and helping each individual move through the transitions in life and the challenges all humans face.
I see many clients who are at a crossroads in their lives regardless of age, due to bereavement, divorce, illness, parenting, depression, mental illness or those who are simply searching for meaning in their life.
As a motherhood studies practitioner I support mothers through out their journey from Birth and beyond. I'm passionate about helping mothers thrive and evolve through their journey of Matrescence, describes the transformation and personal development a woman undergoes as she transitions into motherhood. We explore everything from identity, loneliness, maternal burnout and relationships.
My passion for understanding human behaviour and helping others led me to the field of counselling and psychotherapy. My fully accredited qualifications provide me with training in many forms of psychotherapy and counselling. I am a full Member of both the National Counselling Society, National Hypnotherapy Society and bound by their code of ethics. I attend regular supervision meetings and continue my learning through CPD courses. I am a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner with Easi-Birthing UK.
Clients can attend my central London based clinic every Wednesday in Mayfair. This is a discreet and private location for high profile clients.
I believe in the therapeutic alliance and the transformative connection between client and therapist. Once we feel held in a safe space, with unconditional regard we give ourselves the chance to thrive and overcome our past.
