About me

Are you struggling with low self-esteem, loneliness, anger issues, stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, insomnia, lack of motivation, addiction or relationship issues?

Have these feelings led to unwanted behaviours such as eating disorders, self-harm, gambling, drug or alcohol addiction, thoughts of suicide or other mental health concerns?

If so, please let me try and help.

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor (Dip MBACP Accredited).  I will support you to gain a deeper understanding of why you have been feeling this way, and I will help you to become more aware and more empowered to choose to do things differently.

I provide counselling for individuals who are aged 16+ on a short term or long term basis, and I can see you in any of my counselling rooms based in Radlett, Borehamwood or Watford.

If you would like to book an appointment or to ask me any questions in total confidence, please do not hesitate to contact me via phone or email.

You can also visit my website here.

I am an individual member of the BACP and I am fully DBS checked.

As well as private counselling I also work with the following private healthcare providers:

AXA Health, BUPA, Vitality, Cigna, Aviva and Psych Health.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Professional Diploma in Person-Centered Gestalt Counselling.

In addition to my private practice I provide counselling for one of the UKs leading mental health organisations, where I support clients with a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, panic attacks, anger issues, depression, suicide, stress, OCD, loneliness, low self-esteem, addiction, bereavement and relationship issues.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
