About me
I am Integrated Transpersonal Psychotherapist for Couples and Individuals as well as an internationally recognised facilitator. I offer a holistic heart centred talking therapy where each session is tailored to you and your needs. My aim is to walk with you through your life challenges and help you find your way forward. Through compassion, empathy and non-judgment I offer an environment for exploration and hope for change.
Life can be hard, challenges can bring us pain, we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or lost. Our struggles can also bring us the opportunity for change and growth. Our wounds do not have to define us. I believe through exploration, insights and empathy we can transform our battles, our shadow, into some more.
I offer an integrative model, through a transpersonal lens. This means I draw upon a diverse range of modalities, techniques and tools to suit you and your circumstances.
Training, qualifications & experience
All my training was undertaken at a world-renowned leader for Transpersonal Psychotherapy training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (“CCPE”) in Paddington, West London.
- Foundation Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy Jan 2011 to Dec 2011
- Post Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Counselling & Psychotherapy Jan 2012 to Dec 2015
- Workshop and Group Facilitation Jan 2016
- Diploma in Transpersonal Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy Jan 2018 to Dec 2018
Prior to training as a Psychotherapist, I received a first-class honours degree in Accounts and Management Control at Sheffield Hallam University from 1996 to 2000. In between 2000 and 2002 I received a professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and in 2012 I received a Fellowship. Throughout my life, I have maintained a curiosity and a desire to learn and grow as my life unfolded. This moved me away from the intellect of Accounting the business sphere and towards the personal of the therapy world. Currently I marry the two together by offering Psychological Wellbeing service, consultation and strategy to corporate entities whilst also offering therapeutic service in private practice.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
What do I need to do to start therapy? If you want to consider therapy with me, then you are welcome to contact me via, phone, email or text to make initial contact. You will be offered a short initial conversation for introductions before setting up our first session. After our first session, if you wish to continue, I will ask you to commit to an initial period of weekly sessions before we reassess.
You don’t need to see the whole stair case, just to take the first step” - Martin Luther king Jr. Deciding to seek therapy and ask for help can be a daunting experience, but it also can be one of the most rewarding experiences we undertake.
I offer online and face to face therapy for couple and individuals. For one to one therapy I also offer walking therapy in Sussex countryside.
I also offer workshops, training courses and webinars on a variety of different topics around mental health and wellbeing to the general public, therapists and the corporate world.
