About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering short term and long-term therapy in person and online in French and in English.

I work with anxiety, difficulties with personal and professional relationships, feeling of loneliness, feeling of being lost, low self-esteem and self-doubt. Together we will investigate the root causes of your difficult feelings and I will support you in finding ways to change in order to live a more meaningful life for you.

When words are not enough to express your emotions, I work with drawings, dreams, plays to explore your internal world.

I also specialise in issues you can experience in the workplace such as procrastination, conflict, lack of recognition, difficult relationships within your team, anxiety related to speaking in public, impostor syndrome, pressure, stress and burnout.

A free 15 minute call can be arranged to answer any questions you may have.
