About me

Individual Psychotherapy

 Work-related stress and anxiety

Work shapes our identity and self-worth. When it suffers, everything else does too. Whether it's impostor syndrome, burnout, procrastination, or panic attacks, work stress has many faces. It can also spill into conflicts, paralysis, or unhelpful habits like drinking, overworking, or withdrawing.

You may wonder why you always feel behind despite working harder and harder, or find yourself comparing with others for whom everything seems easier, faster and effortless.

I spent 20 years managing teams in financial services in the City, while retraining as a therapist and raising a family. I understand that world from the inside. In our sessions, we'll explore what you're facing and help you rebuild confidence, assertiveness, and a sense of agency in your career.

Relational Difficulties

Your connections with others are central to who you are and how you feel so it is no wonder they can also be a source of deep pain. Early patterns often shape how we connect today: fearing rejection, pulling away before getting too close, people-pleasing, or repeating the same difficult dynamics without knowing why.

Maybe the same questions keep coming: Why do I keep ending up in the same painful relationships? Why does the fear of abandonment feel so overwhelming?

As a relational psychotherapist, I help you understand where these patterns come from and what they've been trying to protect. Together, we can explore what change looks like whether that's repairing a relationship, setting boundaries, or simply feeling more at ease with yourself.

I offer individual therapy in both English and French.

Couple Therapy

Couples start therapy for a lot of reasons, often around commitment, trust and betrayal, arguments and bickering, disconnection or sexuality.

In the room, I'm not here to decide who is right. I'm here to help two individuals, each shaped by their own story and their own wounds, find a way to truly meet each other again. Because most relationship pain isn't about bad intentions. It's about two people struggling to be understood and connect.

I offer couples therapy both online and in-person in French and in English, with flexible scheduling throughout the week and Saturday mornings to fit your lives.

Working with me

My approach is active, engaged, and honest. I'll reflect what I notice, challenge your thinking when it helps, and stay with you through the messy parts. There's room for humour too, healing doesn't have to always be heavy!

A free 20-minute call can be arranged to answer any questions you may have.
