About me
General adult psychology service, online sessions only
I have worked in NHS Primary Care and in independent practice since 2016. My clients can expect a safe, non-judgemental, collaborative and friendly space to discuss their difficulties.

I have worked in both NHS and private practice since 2016 and have specialised to work with adults with a wide variety of difficulties. However, as I am currently training to become an accredited schema therapist, I now have a special interest in clients with long-standing and recurring difficulties (e.g. longstanding depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders and complex trauma), who have tried other therapies which have not or only partially helped them.
I am now based in Germany and alongside my in person work locally, I also offer online sessions for UK clients. Session prices are in €.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
