About me
Life has got to be better than this. Stop for a moment and take this time to consider putting your needs first. This can feel like a huge step to take but something has taken you to this point to consider a counsellor. As a person-centred counsellor, my commitment is rooted in honesty, offering you an opportunity to explore your worries through meaningful conversations, here you’ll be heard, valued and supported. Through this process, we can work on coping strategies that will help you navigate through life’s challenges to lead you to have a more fulfilling life. Why am I passionate about counselling? Because for the first time in my life, I could be myself, I explored those darkest feelings and built a trusting relationship with a counsellor; to be valued for who I was with no expectations, I felt free, and this took me to becoming a qualified counsellor; to help others.
Clients come to counselling for various reasons, examples such as; anxiety, bereavement/loss, relationship breakdown; loneliness, bullying, redundancy, mental health conditions, drug/alcohol dependency, menopause and body dysmorphia. What is important is that your condition/experience is unique to you and how you experience these emotions can’t be compared to others. We will explore your feelings at your pace in a space that is private and safe for you. Send me a message, either through email, text or voicemail.
