I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist.

With a warm, empathetic, and compassionate approach, I aim to work with you collaboratively.

Making space for your unique complexities. I hope to facilitate understanding, process unresolved emotions, manage difficulties, and assist you to move towards a calmer, more content, more authentic, and happier life.

I work integratively drawing from evidence based models and beyond, depending on your own individual needs. My work draws predominantly from psychodynamic, relational, existential, ACT, Mindfulness, and humanistic therapies.

Areas I work with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Identity - cultural, gender, sexuality
  • Addiction
  • Relational difficulties
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Mood swings
  • Personality Disorders (e.g. BPD, OPCD…)
  • Grief
  • Life transitions
  • General explorations of the self
  • Existential crisis
  • Spiritual emergence

If you are interested in working with me, I invite you for an initial 20minute zoom or telephone call to discuss your needs, potential questions, and how we may work together.
