About me

I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, which is why I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel safe and supported. In our work together, you'll have the freedom to share openly, knowing that everything you say will be held in confidence and without judgment.

As an Integrative Therapist in my 30s, I recognize that each individual has unique needs, and I am committed to finding the approach that works best for you. Your life experiences make you the expert of your own journey, and I see my role as one of partnership—working together to explore how I can support you in meaningful ways.

My approach draws on a variety of therapeutic practices, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Transactional Analysis. By integrating these methods, I tailor our work to meet your specific needs and support you in navigating whatever challenges you may be facing.

I have had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages through challenging times, including my work with Trafford Carers Centre, Finding Rainbows, Cosmic People, and in my counselling practice.

If you're considering reaching out, I would be happy to offer a free 20–30 minute introductory call. This will give us a chance to discuss what’s going on for you and explore whether I’m the right counsellor to support you. After our introductory call, I also offer a complimentary 30-minute taster session. This session gives you the opportunity to experience the process firsthand and see how we can work together to meet your unique needs.

I offer reduced fees based on individual circumstances to make therapy more accessible to those who need it.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
