I am a warm and trusted creative psychotherapist, I have a wealth of experience helping clients address a multitude of mental health difficulties from complex trauma, relationship and identity issues, eating disorders and anger management, to anxiety, stress, depression and burnout. I am currently working online and available outside working hours, including weekends for busy clients.

Originally from a corporate creative background, moving into psychotherapy using the arts specifically to work with burnout, anxiety and stress. I have a Master's Degree in Integrative Art Psychotherapy and have years of experience working for the NHS in adult secondary care psychology depts, working with complex needs, personality disorders, psychosis, gender identity, anger issues, ADHD, OCD and PTSD.
