Sometimes you just need to talk to somebody, but sometimes you don't know where to start. My role is to help you find a way through whatever it is that's causing your distress.
I have worked in numerous settings from primary schools to prison with clients struggling with the incredible range of issues we, as human beings, can experience during our lifespan. Your unique experience of life might need some attention; I can help with that.
