About me
Coming to see me isn’t like a conventional experience of visiting the doctor or the dentist. Your emotional wellbeing is my priority and the time is yours to explore what’s going on in your life.
My therapy room is a campervan. Tucked discreetly behind my house, it is a safe and welcoming venue to sit and talk. It is also ideally situated to take advantage of the soothing benefits of nature.
My counselling experience has spanned working with all age groups from 8 - 88, in settings ranging from primary schools to prison. The diversity of my experience means that I feel I can offer a genuinely non-judgemental space to all my clients.
Sometimes life can feel unbearable. Anxiety, depression, fear and low self esteem can eat away at you. On the outside you may smile and look like you’re functioning, but in reality you're just going through the motions.
It’s okay to stop and give yourself time to understand what’s happening. Talking with a trained professional can help you find your way through a difficult period in your life.
I offer an initial session for us to meet and discuss how we could work together. During this period of social distancing I offer sessions via Zoom.
