BACP- registered counsellor with a BSc (Hons)

About me

I work with adults and couples across London, including Mayfair, Harley Street, Marylebone and Kensington, supporting professionals and high-achievers experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship difficulties. Many seek a space to think clearly, regain perspective, and navigate pressure with greater ease.

My practice focuses on anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and relationship dynamics, offering private therapy in London, executive counselling, and couples therapy. The approach is tailored, considered, and evidence-based—centred on insight, emotional balance, and refined communication.

For those considering therapy in London, I offer a discreet, confidential, and non-judgemental setting, where you can reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity and quiet confidence.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information

I offer weekly sessions at a fixed, reserved time so you have a consistent and reliable space for your therapeutic work.

Payment
Payment is made weekly or per session, via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
To hold your regular space and maintain the continuity therapy needs, any cancelled or missed sessions are chargeable, unless 48 hours’ notice is given.

This policy helps protect the therapeutic process and the time I set aside specifically for you. Having clear boundaries supports reliability, momentum, and the depth of work we can do together.

Consistency Matters
A regular weekly session creates:

a predictable, steady rhythm
a sense of safety and trust
continuity that makes deeper work possible
structure during times when life may feel chaotic
While life is unpredictable, maintaining consistency in therapy is one of the most important factors in meaningful change, which is why I reserve your time each week and ask that cancellations are limited and made with notice.

Further information

A discreet, considered setting
My practice is based in a quiet consulting room in Manchester Square, W1, offering a calm, private environment in the heart of central London. The space is designed to provide distance from the pace and demands of daily life, and somewhere to think clearly, reflect, and reset in complete confidence.

Approach
I work in a psychoanalytic and integrative way, informed by an understanding that early experience and unconscious patterns shape how we think, feel, and relate. The work is collaborative and relational, with careful attention to your inner world, emotional life, and the patterns that may be operating outside of awareness.

You do not need to arrive with a defined problem. Therapy offers the opportunity to explore what sits beneath the surface, with recurring dynamics, internal conflicts, and long-standing ways of coping. The process is thoughtful and paced, with the therapeutic relationship providing a stable, confidential foundation for deeper psychological work.

Consistency and depth
I recommend weekly sessions to support continuity, depth, and meaningful therapeutic progress. A consistent space allows for the development of trust and the gradual unfolding of insight over time.

Areas of work
I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, trauma, and emotional disconnection. Many clients come with a sense of being stuck, under sustained pressure, or disconnected from themselves or others.

Therapy provides a contained, reflective space to understand these experiences more fully, and to develop a greater sense of clarity, stability, and emotional resilience.
