About me
You might be reaching a point where you're tired of holding it all together on the surface—ready, perhaps cautiously, to explore what’s going on underneath. If so, you're not alone.
Therapy with me offers a steady, respectful space where you don’t need to have all the answers or even the words. There’s no pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or rush toward solutions. We go at your pace, allowing what’s been buried or overlooked to come into view—gently, and with care.
This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken. It’s about making space for the parts of you that may have been silenced, shut down, or left behind. Parts that are still alive in you, waiting to be seen and understood.
Sessions can feel quiet, exploratory, and sometimes surprising. There’s room for silence, uncertainty, and emotion. It’s in this kind of space—attuned, grounded, and genuinely curious—that something new can begin to unfold. You don’t need to arrive with a clear story or a big breakthrough—just a willingness to begin.
You Might Be Here Because...
You’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not
You feel emotionally shut down, burnt out, or disconnected
Shame, anxiety, or old wounds are shaping your life in quiet ways
You keep finding yourself in the same patterns and don’t know why
You want something to shift, but you're not sure where to begin
Maybe you appear to be coping—showing up for others, getting on with life. But inside, there’s a sense that something’s missing, something’s stuck. Maybe it’s a heaviness you can’t name. Or a part of you that feels frozen, anxious, or numb.
What You Can Expect
A safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space
A trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach
Consistent, boundaried support that builds trust over time
Deep listening, emotional presence, and space for silence
A collaborative process that honours your pace, your story, and your inner world
You don’t need to untangle all of that alone.
If something here resonates on a deeper level, you’re welcome to reach out for a brief call.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Standing Order Terms - Monthly Commitment Model.
From May 2025, all clients will be asked to commit to a monthly standing order payment model to reflect the structure and consistency of the therapeutic process.
Payment Structure: Payment is made monthly in advance via standing order, on the 20th of each month to secure sessions for the following calendar month.
Fixed Day & Time : Your weekly session is reserved specifically for you at the same time each week.
One amendment or cancellation is permitted every 3-month period , with at least 48 hours notice. Additional cancellations or missed sessions will not be refunded.
Why monthly standing orders are a commitment to you : this approach isnt just about business- it's about honouring the commitment your making to yourself.
:Regular uninterupted sessions foster trust, safety and psychological momentum
Paying in advance reflects your intention to prioritse the process, helping you stay engaged even when therapy becomes emotionally challenging.
Reduces last minute changes helps create mutual respect for time and avoids the casual cancelling that can become a barrier to deep work.
I understand that life can occasionally get in the way. Thats why I only allow one cancellation every three months without notice. This supports your flexibility while maintaining the consistency that is needed for effective change.

Further information
A space where you can slow down, feel, and be met with care
My practice is based in a quiet, comfortable consulting room in Manchester Square, just off Harley Street (W1), within easy reach of central London transport links. The setting is private and calm, offering a space where you can step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and begin to turn inward.
Therapy with me is grounded in a psychoanalytic and integrative approach. This means I work relationally, drawing on psychodynamic principles to help make sense of the emotional patterns that may be shaping your inner world, often outside of conscious awareness.
You don’t need to come with all the answers. We’ll work together to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. At your pace, we’ll begin to notice recurring dynamics, unspoken feelings, and early experiences that might be showing up in the present. While I may offer tools or reflections when useful, the heart of the work lies in the relationship we build, one based on curiosity, trust, and emotional depth.
I offer weekly sessions as a minimum, because consistency and containment are vital for the work to feel safe and to go deeper. Fortnightly sessions are considered only where there’s a clear reason and we’ve agreed it’s suitable for the kind of work we’re doing.
You might come with a specific issue or simply with a sense that something doesn’t feel right. I work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, shame, low self-worth, trauma, relationship struggles, and compulsive or avoidant behaviours. Many of the people I work with find it difficult to access or express their emotions, often because they’ve had to protect themselves in the past. Therapy offers a place to gently reconnect with those parts, at a pace that feels manageable.
