About me
Do you struggle with low self-esteem, self-worth, setting boundaries, or managing anxiety? Do you often feel ‘not enough’ or find yourself repeating unhelpful patterns in relationships? You’re not alone.
Our sessions provide a welcoming, confidential environment where you can explore your emotions without judgment. Together, we will gently work through trauma responses, break unhelpful cycles, and develop tools to help you move forward with greater resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Healing is a journey, and taking the first step takes courage. If you’re ready to make changes and reclaim your sense of self, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
My work blends therapeutic conversation with body-based awareness, using approaches that support both emotional insight and nervous system healing. I draw on parts therapy, somatic practices, breathwork, and polyvagal theory to help clients build inner safety, self-trust, and resilience.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I meet you where you are with warmth and compassion — working gently at your pace.
How I work
I use an integrative and trauma-informed approach tailored to your individual needs. This includes:
-
Parts Therapy – understanding and working with different inner aspects of self (e.g. inner critic, protector, wounded child)
-
Somatic Practices – bringing gentle awareness to the body to release stored tension and support regulation
-
Conscious Breathwork – calming the nervous system, grounding, and supporting emotional release
-
Polyvagal-Informed Therapy – supporting nervous system safety, co-regulation, and understanding fight/flight/freeze responses
These approaches help bridge the gap between body and mind, offering space for lasting healing and change.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
