About me
🏋️ Therapy for people who hold it all together... until it feels like too much
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” ~ Buddha
🪷 Welcome
You might look like you’re coping, showing up, staying strong, looking after everyone else, but inside it feels like something’s unravelling. Quiet exhaustion. Anxiety. Emotional burnout. Maybe grief. Or a deep sense of being out of sync with yourself.
Even if no one else sees it, you feel it... and that’s enough.
You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support. You don’t need a plan to begin.
You just need space, some where you can exhale.
I offer gentle, emotionally intelligent therapy for people who carry a lot, professionally, personally, or quietly inside. You’ll be met with warmth, calm, and care. No pressure. No performance. Just space to be human.
🧘 What I Offer
* A safe, non-judgemental space to explore what's going on, at your pace
* Deeply attuned support for those who often feel unseen or overwhelmed
* An integrative, relational approach drawing from:
Person-centred therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic insight, Narrative Therapy, and Human Givens
If therapy has ever felt clinical, cold or distant, this is something different.
It’s not about fixing. It's not about being 'better', It’s about being seen, heard, supported, so that you can start to feel better.
🌊 Issues I Often Support
* Anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overload
* Childhood trauma, complex grief, and perfectionism
* Neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, OCD, Tourettes, PDA, SPD, DCD, Dyslexia etc.), late self-discovery, and identity fatigue
* Carers, creatives, high-responsibility professionals
* LGBTQIA+ clients seeking affirming therapy
* The quiet ripple effects of loss, change or burnout
Whether you’re the one people rely on, or you’ve simply had to hold too much for too long, this is space for you.
🧭 How Therapy with Me Works
* 60-minute sessions; online (UK-wide) or in-person in Brentwood, Essex (limited availability)
* No block bookings required, attend weekly, occasionally, or as needed

You don’t need perfect words or a polished version of your story.
You don’t even need to know where to start.
Just bring yourself, that’s more than enough.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Though my availability is limited, I’m currently welcoming a small number of new clients. If calm, grounded support sounds like what you need, you’re warmly invited to get in touch to check current openings.
I offer a free 20–25 minute introductory call so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to share more than feels comfortable, it’s simply a space to talk, ask questions, and see what might feel supportive for you.
Standard 60-minute sessions are £75. A small number of concessionary places are available at £60; please feel free to enquire. Specialist or extended sessions may be available between £75 and £120 depending on the format and emotional complexity involved.
Sessions are typically held online via a secure, discreet platform. Whilst my London office is currently unavailable, I do offer a limited number of in-person sessions at my Brentwood office.
For those in high-responsibility roles or public-facing environments, I provide confidential, emotionally attuned support with a strong emphasis on privacy and discretion. If this is important to you, I’m happy to shape our work to suit your needs. Please enquire for more information.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, gently held, and never rushed. Whether you arrive with a clear sense of what’s wrong or just a quiet knowing that something isn’t sitting right, this is a space where you don’t have to explain everything straight away. You’ll be met as you are, not as you think you should be.
If therapy is new to you, or if past support felt impersonal, distant, or unsafe, please know this is something different. You won’t be met with silence or analysis. Instead, you’ll find a grounded, collaborative presence and careful listening that adapts to your pace.
Sessions are designed to help you feel at ease. That might mean arriving with your camera off, using fidgets, taking pauses, or not having to speak until you're ready. There’s no pressure to perform, or to get it “right.”
I also support people who carry a lot for others: carers, professionals, creatives, and those in high-responsibility or public roles. If discretion matters to you, this space is shaped with that in mind. You’re welcome to reach out quietly, in your own time.
You don’t need perfect words, just a part of you that wants things to feel lighter, steadier, or more supported. If that’s where you are, I’ll meet you there.
However, if you're still not ready for therapy just yet, The Quiet Journal offers a private space for reflection, emotional processing, and gentle self-connection.
Ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, neurodivergent, or emotionally burnt out.
🎁 Completely free, so no pressure to begin therapy.
