About me

Having working in health care for over 20 years, I have met many people. Each one an individual, each one with their own story. It was through this work I felt I wanted to be able to support people, not just physically but emotionally as well, and after embarking on my own therapy journey, I felt the importance of being heard, not judged and just accepted for me being me.  My hope is now to provide that space for others.

By offering one to one therapy I aim to accept and listen to "your" individual story in a person centred way. Life can be tough, it throws curve balls that just knock you off and sometimes it can be difficult to understand why you feel a certain way, so if you are looking for someone to listen not advise, explore without fixing, or challenge with compassion then I would love to hear from you.

As a person centred therapist, I can offer you that space in a confidential and safe environment. We work together on the issues you feel in that moment, whether it is something happening in the present or something from your past, I am completely guided by you. If you think person centred therapy is something you wish to explore, I am more than happy to have an initial free consultation to identify your needs with you but please do see my website for further information.
