About me

In the bustling tapestry of life, we often find ourselves entangled in a web of worries, fears, and stress. Amongst the chaos, seeking guidance and support can be the beacon that lights our way. Counselling, with its compassionate embrace, not only provides solace but also serves as a transformative tool for achieving well-being and thriving in the face of adversity.

I am a dedicated BACP registered Counsellor and Systemic Family Practitioner with six years of enriching experience in the field of mental health. Throughout my career, I have passionately supported individuals facing various challenges, including adverse life experiences, life stress, and emotional hurdles. I firmly believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express themselves.

Whether you are facing personal struggles, anxiety, low mood, coping with adverse life events, or dealing with the challenges of everyday stress. Counselling is a transformative journey that empowers you to overcome your difficulties, paving the way for a life filled with well-being and thriving. Remember, seeking support is the first step towards a brighter, more fulfilling tomorrow and version of yourself.

I am here to help and support you on your journey to mental and emotional well-being. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a session. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
