About me

With over eight years of experience in mental health, I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. As a BACP registered Counsellor and accredited NLP Practitioner, I help people navigate mental health struggles, difficult life events, trauma, and emotional barriers that impact their well-being.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, one where you feel heard, understood, and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space. My role is to help you uncover your inner strength and resilience, guiding you toward greater clarity, balance, and purpose in life.

My Therapeutic Approach

Counselling provides a safe space where you can process your thoughts and emotions, find comfort, and take meaningful steps toward positive change. I incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to deepen the healing process and empower you. NLP offers practical tools for processing emotions, overcoming limiting beliefs, and creating lasting change.

I have experience working with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, low self esteem, relational difficulties, limiting beliefs and confidence issues. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and grow.

I strongly believe therapy can help you find your way through life’s challenges. Your therapeutic journey is all about empowering you to move forward  and create a more fulfilling life.

Taking the first step toward change is a brave decision…one that brings you closer to becoming the best version of yourself.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
