With over ten years’ experience, I offer warm, grounded therapy for adults and young people navigating life’s most challenging experiences.
I have specialist training in trauma across a wide range of experiences and provide therapy that affirms neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
My approach is a mixture of person-centred and solution focused, relational, and collaborative. I deeply believe in the power of being heard, and your voice, pace, and needs guide the work. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools, professional training, and lived experience, while recognising that some of the most meaningful insights come from the courage clients show in sharing their deepest thoughts and feelings.
I work intuitively, gently attuning to what may be unspoken, noticing patterns, shifts, and emotional undercurrents. I trust the therapeutic relationship and my instinctive sense of timing, allowing space for what needs to emerge naturally rather than forcing direction.
I offer therapy outdoors along natural woodland trails and beside water, as well as online and in-person sessions in private office settings.
Being in nature can gently soften the intensity of trauma work, providing a calm, sensory-friendly environment—particularly supportive for neurodivergent clients or those who feel overwhelmed in traditional clinical spaces. The natural world can be grounding, restorative, and quietly holding.
Join me outdoors, where nature offers calm, perspective, and a steady backdrop for meaningful therapeutic work.
I offer woodland walks or online meetings. You can book a single session for a specific issue, or choose weekly or fortnightly slots—whatever feels right for you.
Each session is private, but you’re welcome to be near someone you trust (including your dog).

Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
