About me
I'm friendly, flexible and non judgmental, offering understanding and empathy. I specialise in working with both young people and adults from ages 8 to 45. My approach is unique to each client dependant on their experiences and development. I work interactively and person centred whilst also using CBT and creative therapies, finding individual ways to connect with each and every client. I help young people and adults to understand their motivation and behaviours and challenge perspectives to support them to be the best version of themselves. I am also an Emotional Freedom practitioner and hypnotherapist.
