About me

I trained with Place2be and Tic+. I'm friendly, flexible and never judge, always offering understanding and empathy. I specialise in working with young people but have many adult clients too. My approach is unique with each client factoring in development, chronological ages. I work interactively, person centered yet directively, creatively integrating arts/games therapies with CBT. Finding an individual way to connect to every client is essential and finding humour, where appropriate, can go a long way to heal. I work to help children and teens understand their behaviours and motivations and challenge perspectives whilst being very much on their level!

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 12 years of experience I work with Abuse, Abandonment, Anxiety, Attachment Disorders, Bereavement, Bullying, Depression, Divorce, Eating Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Self-esteem, Relationships, Stress, Self-Harm, and Trauma. I offer an initial 15 min free consultation and can work face to face from OX11, Zoom or by telephone. Please email to arrange consultation

I will reply to all emails faster than calls as I am often in sessions. Please email and I will reply ASAP.
