About me

About me

Hello and welcome.

I am Ewan; I wish to thank you for spending a moment, to discover a little more about me.

I am a Person-Centred/Experiential Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental, accepting and confidential space, for you to be able to, talk and explore the things that are troubling you. I fully understand that it may sometimes, feel difficult to talk, regarding sensitive and personal issues. I am trained to listen to you and am able to facilitate, that tentative safe space, for you to explore at your own pace.

I work over three, different modalities, which are: Face-to-face, Telephone, or Online. I can offer, Zoom, or Google meet, for online session. Concessions are also available for; Students, Blue-badge Holders, unemployed.

If life is a weight; you feel you are carrying around, or you feel Anxious, overwhelmed; or just unsure of what is happening and why. I can provide counselling, which can give you the chance, to gain a better understanding, of you and your feelings and thoughts.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.  I have a broad breadth of experience, and knowledge, around many kinds of problems and issues.  I am fully aware that some client’s, may find it beneficial to explore, their past relationships.  Including Parents, siblings or other key people; within their lives.  Including childhood experiences, this may allow clarity on problems, within relationships, or negative thoughts and beliefs, about themselves.

I feel extremely proud, also privileged, to be able to offer a professional therapeutic service.  My aim is to provide you with an attentive, warm, safe and confidential space, to allow you to explore your beliefs and views and fears, also challenges from which life may throw at us from time to time. This is at your own pace and comfort.  Engaging with Counselling, may feel daunting.  I offer a free twenty minute initial consultation.  This can be on the phone or online, with this I invite you, to ask any questions, or settle any queries; you may have.  This is also an excellent opportunity for you to explore, if you wish to work with me.  Counselling can take a lot of courage to engage with, but can make you feel supported and not judged.  Counselling can also help you, talk through your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, in a safe, supportive confidential manor.  I am also able to offer short term or long term counselling, depending on your personal goals.  I also have a keen interest, in how other counselling modalities, connect to the Person – Centred approach, so please feel free to mention if you have engaged with counselling previously; and if this, has provided you with a positive experience.  This would enable us to maybe design a bespoke service, moving forward.
