About me
As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I offer a warm, safe, friendly, caring, non-judgmental, professional and confidential counselling service.
Using an Integrative approach, I draw on many different approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT to help you work through whatever your issues are in line with your needs.
I believe that my strongest quality is my genuine openness and empathy allowing me to create a meaningful therapeutic relationship. I consider trust between therapist and client to be the most vital ingredient to aid anyone that is looking for assistance with their journey.
