About me
I am an integrative counsellor, who works with children, adolescents and adults. I aim to provide a welcoming, supportive and safe space for my clients, so they can feel comfortable sharing difficult emotions and exploring complex issues.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, and I am interested especially in how our mental health can affect our physical well-being.
As well as traditional talking therapy, I also offer the use of creative arts (drawing, painting, poetry, clay) to help my clients express and process complex feelings.
Throughout the therapeutic process, I focus on gaining a trusting relationship, raising self-esteem, building inner strength and resources, and helping my clients navigate their way through their issues.
I offer a respectful, non-judgemental space, with the hope that people can come to better accept themselves and lead happier, more well-balanced lives.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and am an accredited member of the NCPS.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients on a wide range of issues, both online and in person. I keep my work up to date with CPD trainings throughout the year.
I have experience working with; anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal ideation, neurodivergence, eating disorders, anger, domestic violence, low self-esteem and more.
