Post Grad Diploma, Accred NCPS Think Unique Therapy

About me

Therapy with me is a place to feel accepted where you're at, for what you've experienced and for the unique person you are. It is a place where all feelings and experiences are welcome, the joyful ones and the ones that hinder your wellbeing. It would be my privilege to support you on your journey - I'd love to help you feel more content, develop a kinder inner voice and become more confident in navigating life's challenges.

How might I help you? I focus on:

- Building a trusting relationship
- Raising self-esteem
- Working on your inner strength & resources
- Understanding your story, and helping you identify how you have come to feel as you do
- Helping you begin to accept and listen to your authentic self
- Identifying patterns that no longer serve you & that you would like to change

These are things I focus on generally, but everyone's story is unique. You are welcome to bring any aspect of yourself, and whatever you'd like to work on will be our agenda.

If you are in a place right now where you feel like things are so hard and can't get better, know this: everyone needs support at some point in their lives, and most people find it hard to ask for help - you are not alone! Reach out and take that first step - get in touch and see if I'm the right person to help you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a diploma in integrative counselling and am an accredited registrant with the NCPS. I've worked with a diverse range of clients on a wide range of issues, both online and in person. I work with children from age 11, teenagers, adults and couples.

I have experience working with; anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, self-harm and suicidal ideation, neurodiverse clients, eating disorders, relationship issues, anger, domestic violence, low self-esteem and more.

If you'd like to work with someone kind, calm, empathic and honest, who brings her whole self to your sessions- including a sense of humour - (laughter is so important) - Then maybe I'm the therapist for you!
