About me
Finding Clarity Within
Life can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to cope with the pressure of expectations, relationships, or unresolved issues. You might be struggling silently, appearing 'fine' on the outside while feeling lost inside. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, but things can change.
How I Can Help
I provide a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or a general sense of being stuck, I’ll work alongside you to explore what’s going on beneath the surface - and how we can shift it together. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who feel disconnected from themselves or unsure of their direction in life, and many of my clients are navigating major transitions, identity questions, or the long-term effects of past experiences.
Understanding your needs
My experience working with a diverse range of clients during their personal struggles such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss has shown me that therapy works best when you feel safe, respected and genuinely understood, and that’s what I aim to provide.
What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel daunting - that’s completely normal. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation, so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am enthusiastic about Counselling with a Foundation Degree in Counselling and considerable experience of mentoring people through their life experiences. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work first and foremost with the Person-Centred approach; however, when appropriate, I draw on a range of models and theories such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Transactional Analysis.
