About me

Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (UKCP Accredited)

I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered with the UKCP, offering a private and confidential counselling service to adults in central Norwich, Norfolk, or online across the UK. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult events, impactful moments, and challenges in your life, whether they relate to the past, present, or future.

Areas of Specialism:

  • Anxiety and Stress
  • Depression
  • Relationship Issues
  • Self-Esteem and Confidence
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Life Transitions and Personal Development
  • Neurodiversity (Including Autism and Sensory Challenges)
  • LGBTQIA+ Support

Approach: I offer an integrative approach, combining different therapeutic techniques to suit your individual needs. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of the difficulties you're facing, and to support you in making positive, lasting changes.

I have experience working with neurodiverse clients, including those with autism and other conditions that may present sensory challenges. I strive to make sessions as accessible as possible and will adapt the environment to support your needs. Additionally, I enjoy working creatively and am happy to collaborate on ways to explore areas that might be hard to verbalize.

As an LGBTQIA+-friendly practitioner, I am here to help you explore and process any concerns or fears you may have regarding your identity or experiences.

Why Choose Me?

  • UKCP-accredited, ensuring high standards of practice
  • Experienced in working with neurodiverse clients and sensory challenges
  • LGBTQIA+ inclusive and supportive
  • Compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach
  • Flexible sessions, including face-to-face and online options

If you're looking for professional support in a welcoming, confidential space, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange a consultation or to ask any questions you may have.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP-accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling. I have completed an online counselling certificate and am a member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).

My passion for care and mental well-being shapes my holistic practice. I offer an integrative approach, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs, without expecting them to fit into a prescribed mould. My work combines person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches to support clients through a variety of challenges.

I also enjoy working creatively with clients to express things that may be beyond words—whether it’s childhood experiences, trauma, or simply a preference for creative exploration in therapy. This can be a helpful tool for those who find verbal expression difficult or for anyone seeking a more dynamic approach to therapy.

Additionally, I have training in inner child/parts of self work, Gestalt therapy, dream analysis, and intergenerational trauma. I use these approaches to offer a bespoke, client-centered counselling service, designed with your individual needs in mind.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss how we can work together, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
