My Approach
I work integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic models—including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches—to create a tailored experience based on your individual needs. My goal is to support you in understanding your difficulties more clearly and in making meaningful, lasting change.
I have particular experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and sensory processing differences. I make every effort to ensure sessions are accessible and will adjust the environment to support your comfort and needs. I also enjoy working creatively, offering alternative ways to express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
As an LGBTQIA+ inclusive practitioner, I offer a welcoming and affirming space where you can explore identity, relationships, and any concerns you may have in a respectful and supportive environment.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a UKCP-accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor holding an Advanced Diploma and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling. I have also completed an online counselling certificate and am a member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).
My passion for care and mental wellbeing informs my holistic practice. I offer an integrative approach, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs without expecting anyone to fit a prescribed mould. My work blends person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural techniques to support clients through a wide range of challenges.
I enjoy working creatively with clients to help express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words—whether these relate to childhood, trauma, or simply a preference for creative exploration. This approach can be especially helpful for those who find verbal expression challenging or who seek a more dynamic therapeutic process.
Additionally, I have training in inner child and parts of self work, Gestalt therapy, dream analysis, and intergenerational trauma. Using these approaches, I offer a bespoke, client-centred counselling service designed around your individual needs.
If you have any questions or would like to explore how we might work together, please feel free to get in touch.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
