The vast majority of my clients have problems with intimacy, connection and vulnerability in their relationships. You want to feel close to people, but experience a lack of feeling and connection. You struggle to make friends, keep friends, or don’t feel connected or particularly like the people you call friends. You’d like to be closer to your family but feel a sense of shame when it comes to sharing honest feelings and being vulnerable. You have so many unexpressed stories and feelings bottled up that you feel unable to express to those you are close to, or when you try to, feel your feelings go unheard, or misunderstood.
I help adults to improve their relationships by co-creating with them an intimate, vulnerable, connected and healthy therapeutic relationship. I help my clients to become their own teacher, as they use the skills learned in our relationship, like empathy, connection, healthy communication and vulnerability, to create, improve and maintain the other relationships in their lives.
I am a gentle, compassionate, down to earth person, who will help you to feel safe, comfortable, and react to what you say with honesty, openness and true feeling. I will gently challenge you and give you honest, authentic feedback. I will help you to become the best possible version of yourself, and to feel true joy and connection in your relationships. I am on your side, and I will do my very best to help you.
