About me

Do any of these apply to you?

  • I feel lost, confused and don't know which way to turn
  • I feel alone, lonely, with no one to talk with
  • I feel sad, depressed, and don't know how to feel better
  • I feel anxious, stressed and life feels overwhelming
  • I feel angry, and don't know how to control it
  • I feel trapped, afraid and misunderstood
  • I feel like I can't connect with people, and no one understands me

I am Charlotte, and I can help you to work through your confusion.

I offer my true, authentic self- a gentle, compassionate, down to earth person, who will react to what you say with honesty, openness and true feeling. I am on your side, and I will do my very best to help you.

I offer a safe, comforting and quiet environment for you to talk. I will not judge you. I will believe everything you tell me, and this will be kept strictly confidential.

When you come to see me at Harmony, you will be treated with:

  • Respect
  • Confidentiality
  • As an individual
  • Without judgement
  • With integrity

I work with many issues, and have worked with many people, from many cultures and walks of life who have come to work with me for all types of different reasons, but I specialise in:

  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Generalized anxiety disorder
  • Relationship issues
  • Anger
  • OCD

I am here to help you to gain clarity and insight into how you think and feel, help you to understand, heal and grow, to be kinder to yourself, to love yourself, let go of old habits, feel better and live life more fully, with a greater sense of meaning, connection and purpose.

Beginning counselling can be a hard decision and for some people it can feel shameful.

The truth is- we all need a helping hand sometimes and we all struggle. This is completely normal and this is completely okay. Attempting to improve your well-being and your quality of life is just a smart, brave and healthy thing to do.

I will walk your path with you with the greatest of tenderness, warmth and care, and imortantly- at your pace.
