About me

Hi! I am a qualified psychotherapist based in London. With my experience working in various settings, including the NHS in children and adult settings, education, hospital and charity settings, I have had the privilege of assisting clients of all age groups with a wide range of emotional wellbeing needs.

I firmly believe in the incredible power of art as a means of healing and transformation. I offer online and face to face sessions to help clients explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships.

My approach is centred around the individual, ensuring that each therapy session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the client. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can freely express themselves, fostering personal growth and self-discovery.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
