About me

Whether you are single or in a relationship, it can be difficult to find or sustain the real you. I believe therapy not only offers a space for processing confused, difficult or painful feelings but also helps self-discovery and self-development. I offer a safe and compassionate space for individuals and couples, where you can explore things you may never have talked about before.
My priority is to provide a confidential, empathic and accepting atmosphere in which you are free to question, reflect upon and express your real self. Through a relationship built on trust, we work together to find your own path in the maze of life.

I can offer therapy in Hungarian as well as in English if you would rather speak in your native language.

I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and an accredited registered member of the National Counselling Society and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I adhere to their ethical codes.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

I am especially interested in providing support for identity and personality issues. I can help you by creating an open, supportive and healing space to process your feelings and strengthen your identity. Together we explore your experiences and the way these shape the person you are and wish to become.
Unable to express or accept your true identity may generate a myriad of unwanted feelings such as guilt, low self-esteem or anger. Therapy can help you to uncover your strengths and develop new skills that will allow you to deal with the challenges that arise in life. In our work together I invite you to benefit from creative techniques, such as ‘dreamwork’, ‘chair work’, ‘therapeutic journaling’ and using ‘images and symbols’.

Face-to-face counselling is a unique experience of connecting with someone who is authentically there for you in real-time and space. It is an invitation for working through your issues and gaining a different perspective. I offer therapy in three different locations in London.
Remote counselling: online or by telephone
Remote counselling is a flexible way to seek help as it can be arranged in any private, comfortable and safe environment, such as your home or car. You could use head or earphones to reduce the extent of our conversation being overheard. Remote therapy is quite flexible in terms of time as there is no need to spend time travelling and there is greater flexibility regarding availability.
Whichever format you choose, therapy offers a space where you can feel understood without judgement, confidentially explore your feelings and problems and discover a way forward.
