About me

I am a Chartered counselling psychologist registered with the HCPC UK. I have over 10 years experience in the field of addiction, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My experience ranges from working at both inpatient and outpatient NHS settings, community centres, charities and private organisations. I am trained in  ADHD assessments, please contact me for a quote.

My therapeutic approach is designed specifically to fit the unique needs of my clients so as to enhance the journey of self-discovery and growth by placing the client at the centre of this journey.
My underlying approach is a blend of eastern philosophy of self reflection and evaluation with client centred practice of being creative, flexible and adaptable. In the last few years I have enhanced my ability to work with issues such as compassion fatigue, lack of connection with the self and 'feeling stuck in therapy'. I encourage my clients to establish a mind-body connection which ensures a more sustainable recovery journey.

I offer a free telephone consultation so that my clients can decide if they perceive me as a therapist that would work with their expectations, so please contact me to arrange one.
