About me

Hi, my name is Arezoo also known as Ozzy.

I am a pluralistic therapist with a passion for helping adults overcome their mental health challenges. Pluralistic therapy values the unique experiences and perspectives of each client and aims to empower them to make informed choices about their therapeutic path.

In this approach, I collaborate closely with my client to tailor the therapeutic process by drawing from various therapeutic techniques, modalities, and interventions.
I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to express and process their emotions. As a therapist, my priority is to create an environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and supported during their journey towards emotional well-being. Together, we'll explore your feelings, uncover insights, and foster healing and growth.

As both a registered member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every session. With years of experience working as a Primary Care Networker (PCN) in GP practices, I am well-equipped to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health issues.

*I'm fully insured with Holistic Therapy Insurance.
