Hi, my name is Arezoo, also known as Ozzy.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn, I want you to know you’re not alone. Life’s challenges can often feel isolating, but it’s okay to reach out for support. I’m here to offer a non-judgmental, warm, and empathetic space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. My aim is to help you feel understood, validated, and empowered to overcome the difficulties you’re facing, while working towards the life and well-being you desire.
As an integrated psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I combine different therapeutic approaches to best suit your unique needs. Together, we’ll take things at your pace, building trust and a path forward that feels right for you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, or feeling lost, we’ll work collaboratively to uncover new perspectives, foster growth, and guide you towards lasting change.
I’m fully certified and bring a wealth of experience to my practice. In addition to being an ICF-certified life and success coach, I’m a registered member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society. I have years of experience working with mental health challenges in GP practices, which means I understand how complex these struggles can be and how best to support you through them.
I’m also a Bupa and Aviva recognised therapist and gladly accept referrals from both respective clients.
I practice both online and in person, offering flexible options for those who need it.

As well as the above counselling qualifications I undertake continuing professional development with a minimum of 30 hours top up training per year

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
