About me

I remember the first time I sought out therapist, how daunting it was, and that was after acknowledging within myself I wasn't happy with how my life was working out. The word "Autopilot" comes to mind. This is a troubling time, and then faces the challenge of choosing the right person. I understand your struggles to get this far, and commend your effort so far. It is also important to note the relationship between the therapist and client, which is where the work is done. Choosing the right person, with the right empathy is so important, and you may not get this right first time. So lets take a leap of faith and start here.

I am an empathetic person whom has learned to take myself seriously through time and effort on my own self worth. I am a level 6 qualified Psychotherapuetic Counsellor, I seek supervision monthly and have my own therap too. I use Transactional Analysis as my main modality, and share a lot of the theories with clients to help them understand themselves.

I invite you to make contact so we can discuss aspects of yourself/your life that you are seeking help with. Together we will assess your needs, and discuss a plan going forwards, contracting for aspects of therapy you need help with, working together to help you become autonomous in your own right, and empowered to be happy with who you are.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been training on my journey to become a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor since 2016, whilst seeing clients on a voluntary basis for a local charity to help build my experience and hone my skills.
