About me

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. This means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs; my training and experience include Person Centered, Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I work with a range of clients including, children, young people and adults.

I offer a non-judgmental space to help you to connect with and make sense of your deeper thoughts and emotions. We will work together to look through your past and present influences, unhelpful behavioural and thought patterns and make space for your future hopes and dreams, personal identity, self-esteem and confidence.
