About me
I am a passionate and dedicated therapist specialising in anxiety, depression and more, working closely with young people (aged 14 and above), adults, and anyone navigating life’s many transitions. I understand that reaching out for support when we are struggling can feel daunting, but taking the first step is a powerful act of courage and self-care.
My practice provides a warm, confidential space where you’re free to speak openly and know you’ll be truly heard, without judgement. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be impacting your present and identify what's holding you back from living the life you want—whether that involves anxiety, depression, or other challenges.
I offer a holistic approach, supporting you as a whole person rather than focusing solely on any particular issue. Our therapeutic relationship is grounded in trust, honesty, and mutual respect. I am here to help if you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or if you simply feel stuck or overwhelmed. My goal is to help you make sense of things and move forward.
As part of my integrative work, I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), an effective and gentle method for alleviating anxiety and releasing emotional blocks. EFT can also support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, fears, and negative patterns. Many clients find EFT to be transformative, leading to personal growth and lasting emotional wellbeing.
Therapy is an investment in your self-awareness, healing and future. If you’re ready to address anxiety, depression, or any other obstacles and explore what’s possible, I’d be honoured to accompany you on your journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
For the past 13 years, I have worked both face-to-face and online as a Counsellor and EFT Practitioner in a variety of settings, including the NHS, supporting NHS staff, working with young people aged 16 to 20 at Cirencester College and Farmor’s Secondary School, at Cotswold Counselling, and in my private practice.
Training as an integrative person-centred counsellor and EFT Practitioner enables me to draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Transactional Analysis (TA). This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, rather than following a fixed method.

I continually update my knowledge and understanding of issues that clients bring, through Continued Professional Development and reading widely. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work within their ethical framework for good practice.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
