About me
Hello and Welcome:
March 2025 - Unfortunately, as you may have noticed, I don't currently have availability for new clients. However, I invite you to contact me again in a few weeks if you'd like to wait until then to arrange an initial free discovery call to see if my work suits your needs. Your wait time would depend on whether you would like to work in person or online, and also on your flexibility regarding the timings of appointments. (Likely, availability is sooner if there is some flexibility for times and days.)
If you do contact me, I will try to reply within a few days. However, if you can’t find my email, please ensure you check your junk mail folder, as my response often ends up here.
Here you are looking for a therapist... Hello, I'm Tamsin. Finding the right therapist is an important decision and I recognise that it takes courage to make this first move toward change and healing.
Where:
Online Counselling may suit you best or perhaps Face-to-Face in a comfortable, spacious room in Oldmeldrum appeals to you.
Whichever way we work together, I believe that the moment you feel that you are 'heard', it really can be the start of your healing process.
What we can do:
You may be seeking somewhere to bring all those difficult emotions, feelings and experiences. Imagine finding your safe space to explore your own sense of self, work out some difficult decisions or gain peace of mind with your loss and heal from past trauma.
Who I work with and How:
I currently work with everyone over the age of 18 in a trauma-informed way. I embrace every individual’s uniqueness, celebrate difference and diversity, and accept you as you are. I work with people suffering from anxiety, stress and intrusive thoughts; helping them to overcome these often overwhelming and problematic symptoms to find themselves to thrive in life.
I won’t give you ‘advice,’ but together, in a confidential, compassionate, and safe space, we can explore what is affecting you and work towards overcoming your personal challenges and meeting your unique potential.
I will work with all parts of you. Whatever is happening for you is welcome in The Talking Space. That includes your anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, feelings of shame or parts of you that feel misunderstood.
