About me
Hello and Welcome:
May 2022: "I do currently have availability for new clients. If it feels best for you please just drop me a message to arrange a free discovery call".
Finding the right therapist is an important decision and I recognise it takes courage to take this first move towards change.
Where:
Online Counselling may suit you best or perhaps Face-to-Face in a comfortable, spacious room in Oldmeldrum appeals to you?
Whichever way we work together; I believe that the moment you feel that you are 'heard' it really can be the start of your healing process.
What we can do:
You may be seeking somewhere to bring all those difficult emotions, feelings and experiences. Imagine finding your safe space to explore your own sense of self, to work out some difficult decisions or to gain peace of mind with your loss and to heal from past trauma.
Who I work with and How:
I currently work with everyone over the age of 18, in a trauma-informed way. I embrace every individual person’s uniqueness, celebrate difference and diversity and I accept you as you are.
I won’t give you ‘advice’ but together, in a confidential, compassionate and safe space, we can explore what is affecting you and work towards overcoming your personal challenges and meeting your own unique potential.
