About me

Limited availability option

I am offering a structured short‑term 6‑session anxiety reset for £300

Who am I?

I’m a qualified counsellor supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or disconnected from themselves. Clients often come to me when life feels too much, when they’re carrying old patterns that no longer serve them, or when they want to understand themselves more deeply.

My approach is calm, steady and practical. I won’t rush you, analyse you, or push you into anything before you’re ready. Instead, I offer a grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and develop tools that genuinely help in day‑to‑day life.

I work integratively, drawing from humanistic, relational and trauma‑informed approaches. This means I adapt the work to you — your pace, your needs, your goals. Many clients tell me they appreciate my gentle honesty, my clarity, and the sense of safety they feel in sessions.

Whether you’re looking for short‑term support or longer‑term exploration, we can work together in a way that feels manageable and meaningful

My Credentials

I am a registered and accredited therapist under the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am extensively trained in the areas which I work and I have years of experience and application to validate its effectiveness in treatment of mental health. I am continuously developing and training in the latest mental health interventions to bring the most effective treatments

I serve as a therapist to charity organisations and private healthcare Bupa

What to expect from therapy with me

The idea of starting therapy can be a daunting prospect and feeling anxious about therapy is normal. Many clients come to me feeling anxious, excited, unsure... and these are all normal feelings. My practice is a safe and confidential space. This is an anchor from where you can fully explore as much of you as you need.

I work with clients who may be aware of symptoms they are experiencing but not the core issues. During our first sessions we will work on the relationship to build a secure working environment whilst we explore symptoms and develop awareness of what they might be related to. From here, we can begin to work on addressing the core issues affecting your mental health for long-term change

I can share psychoeducation and tools for ongoing mental health support outside of our sessions and to use after therapy has ended. This is designed to give you a life-long support and self-empowerment over your own personal development.

Therapy is not limited to exploring troubling thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Therapy is a practice designed to build awareness to give you more freedom in life to make change as you deem helpful - to not be a prisoner of your own automatic responses.

The work will be led by you - you discuss what you need. I am here to walk alongside you wherever you feel would be helpful.

Consultation

Upon getting in touch, I will offer you a free 15-minute online or telephone consultation so we can discuss your needs. This time is provided to give you the space to ask any questions you have about the therapeutic process, and to help you consider whether our relationship is the right fit for you.

This is not a therapy session but a chance for you to explore the idea of starting therapy with me.

Fees

I am extensively trained and continuously developing in the psychology arena and my fees align with my skillset.

Fees are £55 per session. and reduced rates of £50 are offered to low-income households, students, counselling students, retired and refugees

Closing note

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to get in touch. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you decide whether therapy feels right for you

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
