About me

Hello my name is Stephanie thank you for looking at my profile , I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. Day to day life can be hard at times  . Together we can build a safe therapeutic environment where we can explore worries and concerns that may be causing you emotional distress. Do you somtimes feel that you are living in the past, life is passing you by?  if so I can help.

During our life we may have periods of feeling low, we cant understand why just the difficult feelings of emtional distress.

The therapy I can offer can help discover issues that might be causing distress & anxiety in your life.
Talking though difficult and emotional times, can help ,to understand the way in which we feel. Accepting difficulties in life can help us to move forward .

Working together in a relaxed and trustworthy environment, we can explore feelings and emotions.  This can be challenging and hard work but the end result is a better understanding of ourslves.
My experiences in both counselling and life has given me the ability to understand & look at issues from another perspective. Showing empathy, being non judgemental giving people the  space and time  to explore different issues and behaviours  .

At all times working in a proffestional way respecting  my clients knowing we are all individuals &  look at life in a different way.

Helping clients who may be feeling depressed to look at thinking patterns  and behaviours to escape from their  depresstion. Help  to celebrate your individuality and see that you can achieve what ever you wish to. Life is never all up hill but having the skills and resilience to keep going at these times is something we can work on together.

I am working  in a mental health setting for adults and have done for a number of years, I have experience and am qualified to work with a range of mental health issues and concerns.
