About me
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. If you are considering therapy and know little about the process or have a number of questions about whether or not it would be right for you - please feel free to contact me for an informal conversation.
My name is Sorrell and I am an experienced therapist, able to provide in person and online therapeutic services for individuals, couples and young people. I can offer you a non-judgemental supportive space to work on a short- or long-term basis depending on your individual need.
Stuck manifests itself in a number of ways and I use transactional analysis, a humanistic form of therapy, to help you find an actionable, practical way of resolving your difficulties.

I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and UKATA (UK Association for Transactional Analysis) and I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice of these professional bodies.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Transactional Analysis (TA), and have completed my Advanced Clinical Training in TA psychotherapy. I have also done some advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Flash technique and I am looking to further my knowledge and experience of EMDR.
