About me

Welcome, I'm Silvia, and I'm here to support you on your journey. Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or in a relationship, I offer in-person and Zoom sessions for adults and couples, which are tailored to your needs.

I help people who are dealing with issues around addiction, low self-esteem, work-related problems and stress, loss and bereavement, trauma, relationship problems, separation and divorce, anxiety and depression.

In the midst of depression, anxiety, or trauma, therapy can serve as a vital tool for navigating these challenges. The first step towards therapy often involves confronting deeply rooted emotions and fears. However, it's important to recognise that the potential for growth and change lies within each of us.

In my practice, I prioritise building a trusting and non-judgmental relationship with my clients. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can explore your anxieties and distress without fear of criticism. Drawing from my private sector background and experience in moving countries, I bring a diverse perspective that enriches my understanding of different cultures and human experiences. This informs my compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to empowering individuals to confront their inner conflicts and emerge stronger and more self-aware. I believe in fostering an environment where healing and personal growth can thrive, allowing clients to transform their challenges into opportunities for development and self-discovery.

It's an honour to accompany clients on this transformative journey, and I'm deeply dedicated to supporting your well-being and fulfilment every step of the way.

My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, sex-positive and kink-aware. I am interested in supporting those in alternative lifestyles.
