About me
Hello and welcome
You may be here because you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or struggling in your relationships. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
I am a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in English and Italian. I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences, understand what has shaped you, and develop greater awareness, choice and emotional freedom.
Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK before training as a psychotherapist. Living across cultures has shaped my understanding of identity, belonging and change, and informs my work with people navigating significant life changes.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I have a particular interest in supporting people recovering from emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships, the lasting impact of emotionally unavailable or narcissistic parents, and questions of identity, belonging and self-worth.
Many of the ways we learned to survive in early relationships continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Therapy offers the opportunity to understand these patterns with compassion and make new choices.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive and kink-aware. I welcome people in consensually non-monogamous and other alternative relationship structures.
I offer short- and long-term therapy, online and in person, with a free initial consultation to explore whether we're the right fit.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
