About me

Hello and welcome

Sometimes life feels heavy. You might find yourself stuck in the same patterns, overwhelmed, or simply tired of holding it all together. You may not even have the words for what’s going on, and that’s okay. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist, and I work with individuals and couples who want something to shift, even if they’re not sure what that change looks like yet. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself in a new, more compassionate way.

I support people dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Our work may involve exploring past experiences that continue to shape your present, making space for greater freedom, self-awareness, and choice.

Therapy doesn’t have to be open-ended. We can work short- or long-term, depending on your needs and goals. I offer sessions in English and Italian, both in person and online, with flexible options to suit your schedule. Whether you're coming alone, with a partner, or navigating a non-traditional relationship dynamic, you are welcome here.

I’m committed to offering an inclusive, affirming space for people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship styles. It's an honour to accompany clients on this transformative journey, and I'm deeply dedicated to supporting your well-being and fulfilment every step of the way.

I’d love to hear from you if any of this resonates with you. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to begin. I offer a free initial consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right next step for you.

My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, sex-positive and kink-aware. I am interested in supporting those in alternative lifestyles.
