Welcome to my services and profile and I hope I can help you!
I am now taking new client bookings. I provide 1;1 therapy and Group support to young people and adults. My prices vary, depending on what you need in private practice psychotherapy.
My name is Sarah O'Sullivan. I am a registered Paediatric nurse (RSCN) and Specialist School nurse (SCPHN) and an accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (High Intensity).
I have over 25 years experience working with children and adults in health settings, clinics and educational settings.
I provide therapy and clinical support for common mental health conditions such as:
- Depression
- anxiety
- social anxiety
- health anxiety
- OCD
- stress/ overwhelm
- problem solving skills
- I provide 1:1 therapy.
- I provide group support.
- I provide training and consultancy to schools and corporate teams.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a registered Paediatric nurse (0-25 years) in 1999 and registered with Nursing Midwifery council (NMC).
I qualified and registered as a Specialist Public Health School nurse in 2011 (SPHN).
I qualified as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist in 2017 and gained full accreditation in 2022.
I have monthly clinical supervision and comply with my scope and standards of practice and ethical framework and CPD annual appraisals and Key performance indicators.
I have worked for the NHS for 20 plus years and Educational establishments and mental health IAPT services, Universities and schools, as a school nurse and therapist.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
My single fee is £75.00 per session for 50 minutes assessment on line or face to face. My fees are then £110.00 face to face, including session resources.
Or if via zoom / online skype etc fees are £85.00 thereafter for 50 minutes sessions weekly or bi weekly.
I offer family package for parent and child to, please ask for further information.
For two adults struggling my fees are: £220.00 per session
I also offer group training - this price various on group context, please email or text me for more information as parents of teenagers courses and women empowerment course starting soon, so please enquire via email for more information.
