Supervision details

I provide supervision for trainees or newly qualified therapists or people wanting to gather more insight into managing young people and vulnerable families.

I have 20 years experience as a registered nurse in various settings pan Birmingham and I have 5 years experience delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to my clients as an accredited therapist.

I specialise in children and vulnerable young adults, but, I am trained in adult CBT Therapy.

I support you using models for depression, anxiety, support, thought records and thinking rationally and holistically about how we can meet the needs of the individuals we support.

I use various nursing, solution focused and CBT techniques to help my patients.

Get in touch if you need help in your supervision at the moment, as I am taking on new supervisees on a monthly basis.
